Return Policy

You may return or exchange your Adored Signature Hair Extension order, if the match or quality of the swatch is not what was expected. ONLY verified users with an account may purchase or return an order.

We are more than happy to take back unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 30 days after receiving your order, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF BEACHWAVE OR CURLY HAIR EXTENSIONS IF YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN OUR CURLY HAIR EXTENSIONS TRAINING.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Adored Signature Hair Extensions. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be applied to all returned Adored Signature Hair Extensions.

Adored Signature Hair Extensions are packaged and sealed to identify if the hair extensions have been tampered with. If the packaging has been tampered with, we cannot accept the return.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your return. After inspecting the item and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be returned to your account.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds.

EXCHANGES
You have 30 days to exchange an item from the day you received it. Please email jennifer@adoredhairextensions.com or call 630-936-9831 with order number and inform us which item you want to exchange for.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for covering shipping cost when returning/ exchanging an item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for purchasing shipping insurance on your purchase. Adored Signature Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Adored Signature Hair Extensions is not responsible and will not replace hair for any discoloration that may happen due to water activities or sunscreen use. We are also not responsible for and will not replace any hair that has been altered due to hair coloring or toning (including the use of purple shampoos).
